This is going to be a long list of criticisms - it's all stuff that can be fixed, and I hope that even with the irritable tone it can still be taken constructively.
It's entirely unclear where to get mission results/rewards from Mission Room - doesn't list it there. EDIT: apparently you have to organize a new mission to be able to debrief the prior one.
The store girl's event that triggers on "late evening" kind of doesn't work when there aren't time periods in the day anymore. Also, the function of completing a cycle as the first action in the morning since you can set things up the night before but can't do them...the whole "cycle" system needs to be overhauled (or just returned to what worked before).
There isn't really enough to spend energy on - I feel like working in the Infirmary is the only worthwhile thing, particularly early on. Later when there are enough A girls to leave some idle for each Cycle, that might change, but in early game it's kind of weird.
The dialogue options are awful. I've always hated that in this game - you have no idea what your response actually is or what the tone will be from the first three words of a sentence. Even something like "(Be polite)" "(Be selfish)" "(Be daring)" would be something to work with - as is, it's only by grace of Ren'Py's rewind that I ever get a positive response in dates.
The A-girl "Not in the mood" barrier is inconsistent - girls with great relationships will sometimes be unwilling, and the unwillingness is applied to some jobs and not others...but there's no feedback or guidance on which, so it's just trial and error around the place until you either find one they'll do, or find that they won't do any.
Glad to see this is still being worked on even if the art style feels...worse, a little bit? The Dimitrescu CG for example feels like a step down from a lot of the art in the game.
